Collaboration Agreement

This Collaboration Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between MUVEEN Corporation, a PPE brand, ("Company"), and collaborating individuals. 

1. Scope of Collaboration

Company and Influencer agree to collaborate on the following project:

Our Partnerships and Influencer Collaboration project aims to boost brand awareness and customer engagement in the safety and PPE industry. We begin by identifying key influencers known for their expertise in safety on platforms like Instagram. Our outreach involves personalized messages that emphasize our brand's commitment to quality and safety, offering influencers the opportunity to try our products in exchange for reviews. With a focus on tailored collaboration ideas and clear benefits, we establish agreements for content creation. Throughout the project, we encourage creative freedom while ensuring content aligns with our brand's values. Our goal is to leverage influencer reach to promote our products and foster a safety-conscious community, continually analyzing performance and gathering feedback to refine our strategies for the future.

2. Deliverables

Influencer agrees to provide the following deliverables as part of the collaboration:

✔️ An Instagram Post 

✔️ An optional Instagram Story 

✔️ Tag @muveen_official 

✔️ Clear disclosure in the Instagram post that it is a sponsored post, following applicable regulations and guidelines.

✔️ Include these hashtags: #muveen #dexfit #muveendexfit #protectionyoucantrust #dexfitgloves #bestsafetygloves  

3. Compensation

In consideration for Influencer's participation in this collaboration, Company agrees to provide the following compensation:

✔️ 1-3 products of your choice 

✔️ A 15% Off Coupon Code for the first purchase

4. Timeline

Both parties agree to adhere to the agreed-upon timeline for project completion and content publication as follows:

✔️ Crafting an Instagram post and, optionally, an Instagram story showcasing the practical use of our gloves and their versatile applications (e.g., using FG310 gardening gloves for rose pruning, cut-resistant gloves for wood carving, FN330 work gloves for home repair, etc.).

✔️ ️Posting the Instagram content within 7-14 days of signing this agreement.

5. Product of Interest

Influencer shall receive the following product(s) from Company:

✔️ A Brochure/Product Catalog listing our product range.

✔️ Access to our available products via our website: https://muveen.com/

6. Use of Content

Influencer grants Company the non-exclusive right to use, re-purpose, and re-share the content created as part of this collaboration for promotional and marketing purposes.

7. Disclosure

Influencer agrees to clearly disclose their relationship with the Company in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, such as FTC guidelines.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material terms of this Agreement.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during the collaboration confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [England and Wales].

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the collaboration and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral.
