Christmas Recipe: Smoked turkey with pecans and apple stuffing

- 8 Tablespoons Butter
- Half a cup of diced white onions.
- 2 Stalks Celery, Diced
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, stemmed.
- Half a cup of quickly candied pecans per chopped.
- Dash of Italian Seasoning (optional)
- One turkey (twelve to seventeen pounds) giblets removed and patted dry.
- Four, five or six Ounce Praline Honey Ham Injectable Marinade
- Half cup vegetable oil or canola oil
- 1-2 Teaspoons Creole Seasoning
- Additional Quick Candied Pecans
- Fresh Parsley
Making Quick Candied Pecans:
- Use a big skillet and heat it until hot.
- Toast pecans for 2 to 4 minutes or until fragrant, gently stirring occasionally.
- Mix water, brown sugar, and Creole Seasoning in a small bowl.
- Take out the pecans from heat and drown immediately by spreading in it brown-sugar mixture. Toss to coat.
- Cool on a wax-papered sheet pan.
- Prepping pecans up to two days before cooking and storing them in an airtight container until needed.
Making Apple Stuffing:
- Bread should be set on two sheets and left to dry or get stale for about four to six hours.
- Next, use the same skillet for pecans to heat butter on medium flame.
- Cook apple, onion, and celery for about 5-7 minutes. Include garlic and season it with parsley, rosemary, thyme for thirty more seconds.
